We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Sales Assistant with excellent cold calling and appointment-setting skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in outbound prospecting for the real estate industry and B2B sales targeting small to medium-sized businesses. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients (real estate leads & B2B prospects).  
  • Engage decision-makers, pitch services, and schedule qualified appointments for sales agents.  
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM (e.g HubSpot, Salesforce).  
  • Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally. 
  • Deliver a clear, persuasive pitch with a professional, American-accented English.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets. 

Requirements:  

  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing (preferably in real estate or B2B sales).  
  • Fluent English with an American accent (clear pronunciation, neutral tone).  
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.   
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tools.  
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable with rejection.
