Content Writer

Responsibilities:

Write compelling and well-optimized SEO-friendly content for websites, off-page and on-page blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
Optimise content by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop strategies that align with SEO objectives and drive organic traffic.
Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance content performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing professionals, to ensure content is visually appealing, functional, and aligned with branding guidelines.
Stay informed about industry-related topics and trends to generate innovative content ideas and maintain a competitive edge.

The right person for the role will need:

A formal qualification in writing
Have at least 4 years of experience as a digital content writer including researching, building content outlines, writing, and publishing a blog or other content in a corporate.
Experience with developing, managing, and documenting tone-of-voice and localization guidelines.
Have experience planning content in an inbound marketing environment.
Ability to research and write high-quality content to meet agreed deadlines.
Be task-oriented and highly organized with a fine eye for detail.
Be confident as the go-to person for proofreading and editing a variety of documentation.
