The Business Projection & Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the needs of the target market. In this role, the Business Projection & Growth Manager will leverage their experience in financial forecasting, revenue analysis, and optimizing departmental structure to develop strategies for growth.

Additionally, they will oversee project management, task tracking, planning, and the establishment of sales and revenue targets. The Business Projection & Growth Manager will work closely with other departments to facilitate coordination and ensure alignment of efforts. They will also conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments to evaluate the feasibility of proposed initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives, based on thorough market segmentation and targeted location identification
  • Conduct financial forecasting and revenue analysis using advanced data analytics techniques, as well as perform SWOT and PEST analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Perform break-even scenarios to evaluate the financial feasibility of proposed initiatives
  • Optimize departmental structure and delivery areas, and manage workforce planning to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Manage project management, task tracking, planning, and ensure that sales and revenue targets are set and achieved through continuous monitoring and revenue growth analysis
  • Conduct cost analyses, profitability assessment, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial viability of proposed initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate coordination and alignment of efforts, while ensuring regulatory compliance and licensing requirement tracking
  • Achieve the company's growth and revenue targets through effective goal setting and strategic planning, while conducting competitor analysis and positioning in the market
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and assess the expected business and footfall of customers through digital penetration analysis, to ensure successful implementation of growth initiatives
  • Conduct risk assessment to evaluate and manage the potential risks associated with the proposed initiatives Requirements:
  • Masters's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business
  • Projection, growth strategy, financial analysis, or related field Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record of successful project management, cross-functional coordination, and achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Should be aware of project management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and licensing regulations in the DME industry
  • Experience with digital marketing and online business development strategies
