We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and a passion for renewable energy and industrial electrical solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and closing high-value deals across solar and energy storage markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Research and analyze market trends to find new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients in the solar industry.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and build repeat business.

Solution Selling

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations from our diverse product portfolio.
  • Work closely with the technical team to propose accurate and efficient solutions.

Sales Presentations & Proposals

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations, detailed proposals, and competitive quotations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Reporting & Feedback

  • Maintain accurate sales records every week, monthly.
  • Provide feedback from the market to support product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Graduation

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the solar Industry, industrial equipment

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
