- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Assist in basic administrative tasks (data entry, photocopying, filing, etc.)
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed
- Support HR or other departments in day-to-day tasks, if required
