Manage all cash inflow and outflow activities at the branch.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of daily cash balances and transactions to Head Office.
Supervise cashier(s) and ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation procedures are followed.
Monitor and verify cash registers, vaults, and safe limits daily.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) guidelines.
Maintain records of foreign currency dealings, exchange rates, and remittance transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure transparency in cash-related processes.
Provide training and guidance to cashier staff to enhance operational efficiency.
Take responsibility for any cash shortages, excesses, or discrepancies and report them immediately.
Handle emergency cash requirements and plan cash movements accordingly.
