1. Audit Planning & Execution

Develop and execute internal audit plans based on risk assessments.
Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across departments and branches.
Evaluate internal control systems and identify weaknesses or inefficiencies.

2. Reporting & Recommendations

Prepare clear and concise audit reports with findings and recommendations.
Present audit results to management and assist in developing corrective action plans.
Follow up on audit recommendations and verify the implementation of corrective measures.

3. Compliance Monitoring

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards (e.g., SBP, SECP, AML/CFT).
Monitor compliance with EOBI, Social Security, tax regulations, and labor laws.
Investigate any irregularities or suspected fraud and report to senior management.

4. Risk Management Support

Identify operational and financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
Assist in developing internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Participate in risk assessment exercises and compliance reviews.

5. Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain complete and organized documentation for each audit conducted.
Ensure proper record-keeping of audit work papers and related evidence.
Assist in the preparation of annual audit reports and summaries.
