Audit Planning & Execution:
Develop risk-based audit plans and programs.
Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments/branches.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
Risk Assessment:
Identify control gaps, fraud risks, and operational inefficiencies.
Assess compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, Companies Act, SECP guidelines, and internal policies.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Present audit results to senior management and the Audit Committee.
Track and validate implementation of corrective actions.
Fraud & Investigation:
Investigate suspected fraud, misconduct, or policy violations.
Collaborate with legal/HR teams on disciplinary actions if required.
Process Improvement:
Advise management on best practices for risk mitigation and cost optimization.
Support automation of audit processes (e.g., data analytics tools).
Team Leadership:
Supervise junior auditors and review their work.
Provide training on audit methodologies and regulatory update
