We are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our team with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in accounts and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the statements of Customers and Vendors
  • Data entry for vendor payments and customer receipts
  • Data entry for customer and supplier orders in the Odoo
  • Monthly closing adjustments and entries
  • Maintain Employee’s Expenses and Reimbursements record
  • Employee profile updating into the system and employee credentials filing
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Head

Qualification & Requirements

  • Have a B.com or equivalent bachelor's degree related to accounts & finance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A punctual, honest, hardworking, active listener, strong decision-maker
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the accounts/recovery department
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
  • Fluent in English
