We are looking for highly motivated Calling Agents to join our team and drive business growth through cold calling, and sales outreach. As a calling agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, and converting leads into valuable business opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients.
- Generate and qualify B2B sales leads through strategic communication.
- Present and promote our IT solutions effectively to decision-makers.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and handle objections professionally.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Essential Requirements:
- Fixed Afternoon Shifts (2:00 pm – 11:00 pm). Monday to Saturday Shift (2:00 pm - 7:00 pm)
- Candidates should have sound knowledge of using a computer, internet, and also Microsoft Excel & Word
- Candidates with a proactive approach, good communication, and English language skills are preferred.
- Experienced Call Centre professionals are also encouraged to apply.

- Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
