Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a customer database and record all sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve better results.
Requirements:
- Experience: Fresher or at least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and phone systems.
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Environment: Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
