We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and coordinating with various departments to meet demand and supply requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the right stock is available at all times.
- Track product movements and update inventory records accurately.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce wastage.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports for senior management.
- Implement inventory control systems and optimize warehouse processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
