Position: International Customer Support Representative

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (NASTP)

Regular Timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:30 am to 7 pm
  • Saturday: 10:30 am to 4 pm

Ramadan Timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:30 am to 5 pm
  • Saturday: 10:30 am to 4 pm

About the Role: We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic International Customer Support Representative for one of our esteemed international clients based in the UAE. This role is crucial for our new setup in Karachi and offers a great opportunity to be a part of a growing international market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in direct communication with foreign customers to provide outstanding customer support.
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and company revenue.
  • Focus on customer retention strategies to ensure a loyal customer base.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills , with the ability to clearly articulate solutions.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the international market, particularly in a customer support role, is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in new setups and navigate the associated challenges.
  • An energetic individual who is also a critical thinker, capable of making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
