We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT and software development hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support the company's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Conduct technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment, hiring strategies, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, software development technologies, and tech industry trends.
  • on experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
