We are looking for a motivated Account Executive with a focus on digital marketing sales to join our team at our Lahore office in DHA Phase 8. This full-time, onsite role requires a proactive individual who can drive business growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their marketing needs, and delivering customized digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background in digital marketing or related fields and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
- Understand clients’ business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage trust and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful campaign execution.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on industry trends, new digital marketing tools, and competitors to provide clients with the most effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing deals.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
