Accounts Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Manager to join Karimi Builders & Developers, a sister concern of our organization. The successful candidate will take charge of the company’s financial operations, demonstrating strong leadership and a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. This role demands a proactive individual who can effectively lead the accounting team, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver strategic financial insights to support senior management’s decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts to support the company’s business planning efforts.
- Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor the accounting team to maintain high standards of performance and accuracy.
- Manage daily accounting activities, ensuring timely and precise record-keeping.
- Handle tax filings, coordinate audits, and ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations and insights to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively manage both teams and financial operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or their equivalents are highly desirable.
- This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary in the range of Rs100,000 to Rs120,000.
