We are seeking friendly, professional, and well-groomed Front Desk Officers to be the first point of contact for our guests. As the face of our boutique hotel, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Manage reservations and room allocations using booking software
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum intermediate (FA/FSc) or higher education preferred
Prior front desk or customer service experience is a plus
Good communication skills in English and Urdu
Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Office, email, etc.)
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
Must be punctual, responsible, and well-presented
