- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to account statements, fraud disputes, and monetary adjustments such as provisional credits and chargeback.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of VISA/Debit/ATM card rules and regulations in accordance with company policies.
- Provide administrative and processing support to the day-to-day activities of the card services department.
- Manage the issuance and renewal process for credit and debit cards, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures related to card services.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of card products.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving card features, benefits, and service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including card networks, vendors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure all Visa-mandated implementations are executed effectively, including adherence to Visa Core Rules and Visa Product and Service Rules. This involves:
- Managing licensing requirements and ensuring compliance with Visa's numeric management policies.
- Ensuring proper use of Visa marks in all marketing, promotion, and advertising materials.
- Overseeing transaction processing to meet Visa's data requirements and authorization processing standards
