We are looking for a committed professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage and oversee various administrative functions within our organization. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily office operations, including managing fleet and fuel cards, supervising assets, and coordinating with multiple departments. This full-time position is based in Lahore and requires candidates to either commute reliably or relocate before starting. The role offers a monthly salary between Rs. 45,000 and Rs. 50,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage all administrative operations to support the organization’s needs.
- Oversee fuel card usage and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle fleet management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to arrange petty cash as necessary.
- Conduct daily visits to all office locations to supervise cleaning and general upkeep.
- Supervise catering and serving arrangements during management meetings.
- Organize office setups for new employees, including furniture, systems, and supplies.
- Manage repair and maintenance activities to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
- Oversee security management to ensure a secure workplace.
- Maintain asset management records and track company property effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities.
- Effective coordination skills to work with various departments, including accounts and management.
- A reliable and proactive approach to daily office supervision and maintenance tasks.
- Willingness and ability to commute or relocate to Lahore prior to employment.
