We are looking for a results-oriented Ads Manager with proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creativity and technical skills to connect ad performance with CRM tools, maximizing campaign impact. This role involves leading integrated digital marketing efforts while working closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to guide decision-making.
- Integrate advertising strategies with CRM systems including GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or other relevant platforms to streamline lead management and tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure campaigns align with strategic business goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to enhance campaign effectiveness continuously.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Practical knowledge of CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Ability to integrate ad campaigns with CRM workflows, lead pipelines, and tracking systems effectively.
- Must be located in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
