We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 - 5 years of experience in high-volume hiring, employer branding, and digital recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, HR software, and data management while also having expertise in social media recruitment strategies. This role requires strong coordination with the HR Manager, ensuring all hiring activities align with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially for CSR and sales roles, which require high-volume hiring.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Oversee social media recruitment initiatives, ensuring all hiring posts are approved by the HR Manager before publishing.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews in coordination with the HR Manager.
  • Maintain and update a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Enhance employer branding to position Aeon & Trisl as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies in all hiring procedures.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring insights to improve efficiency.
  • Accurately record all candidate details, documents, and information in the official HR system.
  • Work efficiently with Excel and manual data management, while also using HR software for tracking and reporting.
  • Report directly to the HR Manager and ensure all recruitment activities align with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume hiring (CSR, Sales).
  • Recruitment Experience: Local & global exposure preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional and engaging tone.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Conversational awareness

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel (data management, reporting, tracking).
  • Experience with HR software and digital recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media hiring and employer branding.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Pakistani labour laws & hiring regulations.
