Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive support and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and cost estimation needs.
  • Regularly check in with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
  • Offer expert advice to clients on cost estimation strategies, timelines, and expectations.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure cost estimates and other deliverables are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Monitor client projects, ensuring timely completion of all phases and clear communication throughout.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Collect client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Provide insights to the Client Success Manager and other teams to help enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Suggest product or service improvements based on client needs and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service, preferably in a consulting or service-based industry.
  • Experience in cost estimation, construction, or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
