Responsible for overseeing and leading the HR function within the organization.
Managing and developing HR strategies and processes to ensure effective recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
Advise management on HR-related issues, such as performance, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative environment.
Develop programs that promote employee retention and overall morale.
Identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance employee performance and career growth.
Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning for key positions.
Analyze HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
Provide regular reports to leadership on HR metrics, including recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction
