Agile Scrum Master + QA

SmartMLSP, a Portugal-based company, is looking for a skilled Scrum Master with Quality Assurance (QA) responsibilities to join their team in a hybrid working model based in Gulberg, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of managing agile processes effectively while ensuring the highest quality standards in project deliverables. This role involves facilitating sprint planning, overseeing the timely delivery of project goals, and maintaining smooth agile workflows within the team. The position requires a balance of remote work and essential on-site collaboration at the Gulberg office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage and monitor sprint progress to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove blockers, improving overall team productivity.
- Perform Quality Assurance tasks such as test planning, execution, and reporting to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure that all project goals and features meet defined quality benchmarks before release.
- Track and report on team performance metrics, sprint velocity, and project milestones to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and expectations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master combined with QA Analyst or QA Engineer responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Familiarity with QA tools and processes, including manual and/or automated testing techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with mandatory physical presence at the Gulberg office in Islamabad.
