 Now, we’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to create high-converting ad creatives, engaging social media content, and viral reels!

Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-quality video ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
  • Create UGC-style videos with fast cuts, subtitles, and motion graphics.
  • Develop hook-driven creatives that convert viewers into customers.
  • Enhance product showcase videos, testimonials, and promotional content.
  • Add dynamic text animations, sound effects, and engaging transitions.
  • Optimize videos for paid ads, organic reach, and audience retention.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to test & refine ad creatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in video editing for e-commerce, DTC brands, or agencies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut (preferred), or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of ad psychology, storytelling, and audience retention.
  • Experience in editing ad creatives for Meta & TikTok Ads (preferred).
  • Knowledge of viral trends, meme-style editing, and dynamic captions.
  • Ability to repurpose long-form content into short, engaging clips.
  • Portfolio showcasing ad creatives, reels, and engaging video content.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Experience in DTF transfers, apparel, or product-related video content.Basic motion graphics & animation for ads & social posts.Familiarity with 
  • ClickUp or other project management tools.Understanding of hooks, CTA placement, and A/B testing for ad creatives.
