Aykays, a full-service digital agency based in Pakistan, is offering an AI-Powered WordPress Internship for individuals eager to gain practical experience in WordPress development combined with artificial intelligence tools and automation workflows. This unpaid internship allows participants to work on real client projects, focusing on optimizing website performance, creating dynamic content, and streamlining backend processes using advanced AI technologies. The position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and lasts between one to three months.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and managing WordPress websites using popular page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery.
- Integrate and utilize AI tools including ChatGPT, Jasper, WordAI, Smodin, Canva Pro, InVideo, and CapCut Pro for tasks like content generation, SEO enhancement, design, and automation.
- Perform plugin setup, optimize site speed, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth website operation.
- Learn and implement security best practices to maintain website integrity and protect against vulnerabilities.
- Support the team with site migration, backup cleanup, image compression, and overall performance tuning.
- Collaborate on diverse projects spanning wellness, e-commerce, and digital branding sectors.

Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS and familiarity with page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery.
- Genuine interest in AI-based tools and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, or basic PHP is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
