Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management of all sections of hospital operations.
- Manage non-clinical operations units such as Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement.
- Provide logistical support to clinical units to ensure patients have optimal facilities to receive care.
- Manage operational staff, including hiring, assigning work, regularly checking progress, ensuring departmental goals are met, reviewing performance, mentoring staff, taking corrective actions, and facilitating professional development.
- Take steps to contribute towards growth of the AIMS Pakistan through effective networking and new business development.
- Ensure compliance with organizational regulations, policies and government rules and laws
