Coordinate visa processing, travel insurance, and other travel documentation.
Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to company travel policies.
Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best deals.
Provide 24/7 support for employees traveling on business, including managing itinerary changes and resolving travel issues.
Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements and expenses.
Prepare monthly travel expenditure reports for the finance and administration teams.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, and other service providers.
Evaluate vendor performance and suggest improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for all travel activities.
Stay updated on travel advisories and restrictions and communicate them effectively.
