Accounts Manager

You will manage the company's financial health by overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. You will work closely with leadership and other departments to streamline processes and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital efficiently.
Accounting Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Manage tax filings, VAT/GST compliance, and audits.
Strategic Support:
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and business growth.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Support leadership in formulating financial strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Set performance goals, conduct appraisals, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial reports for management, stakeholders, and external auditors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA certification is a plus).

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Proven track record in managing accounting teams and handling complex financial operations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
