You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The successful candidate will be a brand enthusiast who can engage with customers, drive sales, and build brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding sales targets, and by upselling and cross-selling products.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Brand Promotion:
- Promote our brand and products through in-store events, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Collaborate with the store team to create visually appealing displays and merchandising.
- Participate in brand training and education programs to stay up-to-date with brand initiatives.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
5. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Knowledge of the cosmetics, food, and non-food industries.
