Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at our Retail Outlet. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer payments, and providing excellent customer service. After selection process concludes, working places will be; Johar Town Lahore, Dolmen Mall DHA 6 Lahore, Gold Crest Mall Lahore, Pine Avenue Valencia, Hussain Chowk Lahore, Wapda Town Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Transactions: Accurately process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.

2. Handle Customer Payments: Handle customer payments, including counting change, processing refunds, and exchanging currency.

3. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving customer complaints.

4. Maintain Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized appearance at cash counter.

5. Follow Store Policies: Follow all store policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, inventory management, and security.

6. Work Collaboratively: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service.

7. Participate in Training: Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

1. Education: Intermediate.

2. Experience: Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role preferred.

3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Availability: Ability to work with shift rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
