We're looking for a strategic thinker who can drive business growth, improve supply chain efficiency, and develop strong relationships with suppliers.

The Category Manager - Dairy & Deep Frozen will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies for dairy and deep-frozen categories, including market analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive business growth, and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Category Management:

  •  Develop and execute category strategies for dairy and deep-frozen categories, including market analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
  •  Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to inform category decisions.

Supplier Management:

  •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including contract negotiation, performance management, and issue resolution.
  •  Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement joint business plans, including category growth initiatives and supply chain optimization projects.

Procurement:

  • Manage the procurement process for dairy and deep-frozen categories, including RFP development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement procurement strategies, including category management, supplier rationalization, and cost reduction initiatives.

Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of category executives and coordinators.
  • Develop and implement talent development plans for team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and market research.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in supplier management and negotiation.

5. Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

6. Knowledge of supply chain optimization techniques.
