Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Development & Relationship Management

Identify and onboard new aluminum dealers in the assigned region.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure consistent sales growth.
Address dealer concerns and provide after-sales support.

2. Sales & Market Expansion

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Conduct regular visits to dealers and potential clients.
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
Ensure product availability and proper display at dealer locations.

3. Reporting & Coordination

Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Manager Sales.
Gather market feedback and share insights for business improvements.
Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

4. Training & Product Knowledge

Educate dealers about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
Conduct training sessions for dealers and their staff on selling techniques.
Stay updated with industry developments and new product launches.
