We’re seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in generating B2B leads across international markets. This is a full-time role with a fixed base salary — not commission-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across multiple industries (e.g., SaaS, Debt Collection,  real estate, healthcare, BPO).

  • Execute outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and calling strategies.

  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and set appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain CRM records and lead pipelines with accuracy.

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and targeting.

  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international B2B lead generation.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

  • Proven ability to craft compelling outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar.

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with U.S. or U.K.-based clients.

  • Knowledge of lead scoring and data enrichment tools.

  • Background in outbound prospecting for BPO or software services.
