We’re seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in generating B2B leads across international markets. This is a full-time role with a fixed base salary — not commission-based.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients across multiple industries (e.g., SaaS, Debt Collection, real estate, healthcare, BPO).
Execute outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and calling strategies.
Qualify leads through discovery calls and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain CRM records and lead pipelines with accuracy.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and targeting.
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in international B2B lead generation.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Proven ability to craft compelling outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar.
Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with U.S. or U.K.-based clients.
Knowledge of lead scoring and data enrichment tools.
Background in outbound prospecting for BPO or software services.
