This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Staff Hiring position at our Lahore location.
Requirements and skills:
- Experience as an Chat expert or similar CSR role
- Familiarity with the packaging industry is plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment and staff hiring

Timing: 8.00 pm to 5.00.am Working Days: 5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday off
