Fast food kitchen operations.

  • prepare,cook and assemble fast food items according to standardized recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain consistent food quality and ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly during peak hours.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation,and cleanliness standards.

Research & Development.

  • Collaborate with the R&D team to conceptualize and develop new fast food items and recipes.
  • Test and refine new menu items, including flavor profiles,porion, size, and preparation techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with food trends and innovate to keep our offering exciting and fresh.

Training & Mentorship 

  • Assist in training and guiding kitchen staff to maintain high-quilty standards.
  • provide support for scaling kitchen staff to maintain high-qulity standards.
  • Provide support for scaling new recipes and processes across multiple locations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a chef in fast food or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and food concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
