- Sales & Purchase data entries daily (software & Manual)
- Filing & Record keeping of bills (sales & purchase)
- Payments & Receiving data entries on a daily basis (software & Manual)
- Stock of goods maintained on a daily basis (software & Manual)
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Working on sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Working on Sales Tax Invoices every month
Qualifications:
- B. Com or related field (ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE)
- 2-3 years of experience in the retail industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and maintain accurate records
- Experience with retail accounting software used in Pakistan, such as Zavia Tech Software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
