Sales / Marketing Associate - Real Estate

We are seeking for female candidate a highly motivated Real Estate Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing marketing strategies, and closing deals for our real estate projects. You will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of our sales and marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive lead generation and sales for our real estate projects.
Create compelling content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials to attract potential clients and customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and customers by responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless sales process and provide guidance and support as needed.
Manage and track all leads and sales data to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our real estate projects.
