We are seeking a Certified Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, customization, and user support. You will play a key role in ensuring that Salesforce aligns with our business processes, enhances productivity, and enables scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration: Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data access in Salesforce. Monitor platform performance and ensure system integrity.
Customization and Configuration: Customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automations using tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
Data Management: Maintain data quality through regular data audits, deduplication, imports, and exports using tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support, training, and guidance to Salesforce users. Create user documentation and promote adoption of Salesforce best practices.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide business insights and support decision-making.
System Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, evaluate new features, and ensure compatibility with existing customizations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, IT) to understand business needs and deliver Salesforce solutions that enhance business performance.
Qualifications:
Required:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and automation tools
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
Preferred:
Experience with additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)
Familiarity with third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange apps
Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or other development tools is a plus
