- Assist in procurement activities including issuance of purchase orders and follow-ups with suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the system.
- Monitor warehouse operations to support order fulfillment and dispatch processes.
- Prepare and maintain supply chain documentation such as GRNs, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Support supply chain data entry and reporting in ERP systems.
- Assist in demand planning and inventory forecasting under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and support process improvements
