HR Executive

You will responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment process for the Trust. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions across different departments. The Recruitment Executive works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide a positive candidate experience, and ensure the hiring process is efficient and compliant with policies.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and approach potential candidates through various job board, referral and headhunting.
Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for interviews.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications for open roles.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruitment status.
Monitor job postings and track responses to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
Prepare job offers and communicate the terms to candidates.
Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates, applications, and recruitment progress.
Track key performance metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire.
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities to management.

Requirement:

Education:

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
Experience in hospital industry will be preferred.
