You will responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment process for the Trust. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions across different departments. The Recruitment Executive works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide a positive candidate experience, and ensure the hiring process is efficient and compliant with policies.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Proactively identify and approach potential candidates through various job board, referral and headhunting.  
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for interviews.  
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.  
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.  
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications for open roles.  
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruitment status.   
  • Monitor job postings and track responses to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.  
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing clear communication and timely feedback.  
  • Prepare job offers and communicate the terms to candidates.  
  • Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.  
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates, applications, and recruitment progress.  
  • Track key performance metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire.  
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities to management.  

Requirement:  

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent. 

Experience:  

  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.  
  • Experience in hospital industry will be preferred.
