Pharmacist

We seek a Pharmacist to join our dedicated healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately and safely, providing patient counseling, and ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care.

Duties and Responsibilities

Review prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and potential side effects.
Provide patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and potential interactions.
Maintain accurate patient medication records and pharmacy inventory.
Assist in the management of pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
Comply with all relevant pharmacy regulations and standards.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience on a similar position.
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid and current pharmacy license from the relevant regulatory authority.
