Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical optimization of industrial production machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of slitters, rewinders, printing machines, cutters, and loader systems through proactive maintenance and quick fault response.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and mechanical inspections on slitters, rewinders, printing machines, cutting machines, and associated loader systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimize downtime and maximize machine efficiency.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain service records for all equipment.
Monitor performance and suggest mechanical improvements or modifications to increase reliability and production output.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure machine readiness and safety compliance.
Maintain an inventory of spare parts and ensure timely procurement.
Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and operational standards.
