CNC Programmer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer with strong expertise in Pro/ENGINEER (Pro-E) and Creo to develop and optimize CNC programs for precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will create efficient tool paths, ensure part accuracy, and collaborate with engineers and machinists to meet production goals.

Machine Setup:

Collaborate with machinists to set up CNC machines, select tools, and determine the best cutting paths. Improve cycle times, reduce tool wear, and ensure the highest level of machining efficiency and accuracy. Diagnose and resolve issues related to machine code, setup, or production errors. Ensure finished parts meet dimensional and tolerance requirements through measurement and inspection. Assist in machine calibration, tool replacement, and routine maintenance procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Associate degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Programming, or related field.
2+ years of experience in CNC programming using Pro-E and Creo.
Strong understanding of G-code, machine operations, and toolpath optimization.
Knowledge of materials and machining processes (metals, plastics, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
