Manager Operations

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive performance in alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate across departments to support business initiatives.
Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts as required.

Address and resolve team or customer issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
