Accounts Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Officer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

Process and record financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Support audits and tax filings as needed.
Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, and payments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
