Assistant Manager PPC

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager PPC to join our team in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a background in Polymer Engineering, and at least 5 years of experience in production planning and control.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency.
Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow and resolve issues.
Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and control within the manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
