IT Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team. The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
