You will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by effectively promoting and selling our products/services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and nurture client relationships, converting potential leads into loyal customers. You will be part of a dynamic team, working to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients. This role demands an individual who is passionate about sales, highly motivated and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell products/services.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including investors, businesses, and corporations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Provide prospective clients with in-depth knowledge and information about products/services.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the unique features and advantages of products/services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably 1-3 years).
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
