- Strong candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 10 Years of field experience are encouraged to apply.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a proven track record in strategic IT management.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of networking (Cisco, Fortinet), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and database management (SQL, Oracle).
- Experience in managing digital transformation projects, including AI, cloud computing, and DevOps.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are highly desirable.
- Experience working in nonprofit, NGO, or mission-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with grant-funded IT programs and compliance tracking.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills for hardware/software procurement.
- Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and IT operations across multiple branches.
- Agile and change management experience to support fast-paced IT modernization.
